Lucy Buffett’s LuLu’s is all about crazy fun! There are so many different elements that go into the experience- the fabulous food, great service, family-friendly environment, fun shopping, a beach for the kids, live music nightly, and waterfront ambiance- all in a facility designed to give a taste of the authentic Destin LuLu’s Lifestyle. THE BACK PORCH

 

A favorite with the locals since 1974, The Back Porch Seafood & Oyster House in Destin got started in a small A-frame building on the beach (pictured above).  We instantly made a name for ourselves by serving delicious Gulf seafood with the best Gulf views.  A few years later, we invented the Amberjack sandwich, and the rest is history.

MCGUIRE'S IRISH PUB

 

McGuire’s Irish Pub first opened in 1977 as a small neighborhood pub in a shopping center. In 1982 McGuire’s moved to its current location; Pensacola’s original 1927 Old Firehouse. Inside the pub you’ll find a turn-of-the-century, New York Irish Saloon-themed 615-seat restaurant.

 

We are celebrated for our atmosphere boasting more than One Million signed dollar bills hanging from the ceilings and walls of the Pub. In 1996, a second location, McGuire’s Irish Pub of Destin opened on beautiful Destin Harbor with the same great food and live Irish entertainment.

 

DEWEY DESTIN'S SEAFOOD RESTAURANT

 

The original location, where it all began. Travel down our gravel drive and you're immediately transported into old Florida. This location may be a shack on the water, but it offers the prettiest views of Crab Island and the best seafood in town. At this location, you do not have a server, but rather order at a window, grab a seat, and take in the view. Don't be alarmed when one of our friendly employees comes hollering your name--they're just bringing your meal to you!

 

 

THE DONUT HOLE BAKERY CAFE

One of the most popular restaurants in Destin has to the The Donut Hole, and for good reason. A true staple of the Destin area for locals and visitors alike, The Donut Hole consistently serves up incredibly delicious entrees, desserts, cakes, and of course donuts. Be sure to get here early, especially in the height of summer. By 9am, you'll have to wait in line to get a table, but the wait is more than worth it every single time. Whether you get an over-sized omelet, eggs benedict, donuts, or other any other breakfast classics, you won't be disappointed.

 

 

KENNY D'S BEACH BAR & GRILL

 

We have nothing but the freshest bread shipped from Leidenheimer in New Orleans for our Po-boys.  We serve fried, grilled, boiled or broiled seafood including fish such as Grouper and MahiMahi, oysters on the half shell, Garlic Parmesan or Rockefellar Oysters, big gulf shrimp and popcorn shrimp for the smaller appetites.  We have crawfish boils on Sunday in season (usually from February to June).  We have crab claws and calamari and we also serve chicken and steak dishes with "BIG salads" and pasta dishes including Alfredo and Marinara. We have live music on the deck when we can and plenty of televisions for the sports fanatics.  A funky bar with "customized" artwork for you to enjoy with an assortment of music including Zydeco, Country, Reggae, Pop, etc. playing in the background.

 

THE MARINA CAFE
